Module Six: When Everything Is Going Well: Facilitation Techniques & Tips Introduction Week Two of a course is when a beginning instructor begins to breathe. This is the beginning of the 30% period discussed in Module Five. Approximately 70% of the burden is now over. Finally, you think, you can get into your curriculum – the place where you are the subject matter expert. This is the time when all that preparation becomes key. Lastly, in Module Six we will explore how to set up collaborative opportunities among your students – and then how to manage team collaborations after they are announced. Module Six Objectives Course participants will:
- understand specific facilitation techniques
- share tips for working online and managing people – including small groups
